1. Refunds

Conditions for Refunds:

  • Refunds are provided if:
    • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
    • You cancel an eligible order before it is shipped (within 24 hours of purchase).
  • Products that are used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
  • Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
    • Innerwear, socks, and hygiene-sensitive products
    • Personalized or custom-made products
    • Clearance or sale items

Refund Timelines:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds for online payments made via Razorpay will be credited to the original payment method automatically.
  • Shipping charges paid during the purchase are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to our error.

2. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them if they have not been shipped.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible; in such cases, a return request can be initiated.
