1. Refunds
Conditions for Refunds:
- Refunds are provided if:

- You cancel an eligible order before it is shipped (within 24 hours of purchase).
- Products that are used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
- Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
- Innerwear, socks, and hygiene-sensitive products
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Clearance or sale items
Refund Timelines:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds for online payments made via Razorpay will be credited to the original payment method automatically.
- Shipping charges paid during the purchase are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to our error.
2. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them if they have not been shipped.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible; in such cases, a return request can be initiated.
